This poem was an assignment for my Creative Writing class. The assignment was to lead with part of a poem and create your own poem out of it.. I chose a poem out of Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur.
This was for my creative writing class and my first attempt at a non-rhyming poem since the beginning of 2013. Don't judge it too harshly please. π
